This. Any way to make myself feel better. When I feel good, my speech is better. I started exercising, reading out loud (to myself), meditating and breathing, getting out in nature, trying to love myself, etc. All of those things have directly helped my fear/anxiety, thus my stuttering has improved. Our brains are so conditioned to stutter and fear stuttering and think about stuttering / word planning, that we let it take over ourself and destroy us. We gotta fight back. I am.
