my best guess is, new stresses + new environment = more stuttering. 1. tell yourself it's ok to stutter 2. if you can, try reducing some of your stressors. maybe try some meditation as well. 3. Dont be afraid to put yourself in challenging speaking situations to expand your comfort zone. By doing this, your daily talking routines, i.e. desk job, will seem "smaller" and easier to overcome.
