Why can’t you try self hypnosis and auto suggestions!! All you have to do is train your mind everyday with some positive affirmations. For example “today I’m gonna make a happy day” say this several times in the morning and start your day. Can you do this for a week ?? Let me know how you feel after. Because I have done this many times, in the starting it seemed funny because I did not believe what I said initially but the more I said everyday at one point of time I started thinking to be happy without my knowledge as this positive affirmations will drive you from within. The more you say positive affirmations the more you will think about it, the more you think about it soon it is going to become your dominant thought and your dominant thought becomes your reality!! Will you see this difference in a day ?? Maybe or maybe not. Will you see a difference in a week ? Yes absolutely you will see a difference. So try this and let me know how you feel
