I had speech therapy for 10 years. Heres what helped me: Lay down and put a weight on your stomach to train your diaphragm while you breathe. The weight should move up and down. There is a difference between chest breathing and lower breathing. Read out loud and repeat sentences until you speak it fluent. Concentrate how you form the different sounds and letters with your mouth. Dont push your belly in. Relax every muscle. Dont get stuck on a word for too long. Just stop, breathe in, try again. Look online for "progressive muscle relaxation", it helps finding control over your muscles.
