My daughter was recently given ketamine as a sedative in the hospital while her broken arm was set and casted. She’s stuttered since she was 4 (she’s 11 now). Not trauma induced as far as I know, she’s had a happy and unremarkable childhood. While on ketamine she talked nonstop and didn’t stutter once. I was joking about it with the attending pediatrician. There’s something there.
