from stutter to stutter, listen to me; if you do not stutter with yourself or with family or friends or when you sing or speaking out loud, or when you speak with strangers in video call inside your house or even in a group call in tiktok or any platform that offer certain activity like this, than your stuttering is related to social anxiety and it can be cured. if you didn’t have a social anxiety you might still stutter but not this bad, your stuttering will be like a someone who’s figuring the next word to say but not like hitting by a block on his throat. so listen, you are okay, your stuttering is not physical, you didn’t born with it and also you didn’t choose it. the best way to cure it is by not focusing on it, don’t let it overwhelm you, and remember it is a mindset, a habit because since you stuttered since you was a child, your unconscious mind makes it your identity and the more you grown with stuttering your stuttering develops and your social anxiety as well! if you ask about tips just speak slowly, take your time make your self comfortable about your voice, make yourself feel like at home, because if you do speak with music playing in your ears and you hear no such a sound from you, you will speak very fluently even infront of strangers because it is all in your head my friends. i hope my words reach you yall, happy new year.
