Ours is a different reality. We have good days and bad days. The bad days make your perspectives collapse into a despair. We’ve all been there. These moments pass. Take a break. Examine your anxieties… Especially the physiological stuff that is happening. Take an inventory. Learn your body. Then try and relax in to those moments of anxiety. If you must speak, speak slower. Speak in a monotone. Relax your mouth and make light, very light contact with your lips and tongue. Make it a point to breath deeply and just make a little noise in your vocal folds before speaking. It will help you can the flow that you might be lacking. Hang in there.
