Find activities that give you confidence, going for a bike, a run, playing guitar, working out. This will build your confidence. What helpers improve my stutter is do practice positive thinking in doing the things I want to do. Believe you can improve your stutter and I believe you will. Practice talking in the mirror, reading… you know yourself best. Surround yourself with positive people who want to grow and want you to grow. I wish you the best.
