Does stuttering worsen around your crush?

Does stuttering worsen around your crush? I have a crush on this guy who has a stutter. Sometimes it’s really bad and sometimes it’s hardly noticeable. I’ve noticed that it tends to get a lot worse when he’s talking to me, especially when it’s a 1-1 convo. Is this a sign that he likes me?
