That is a very good tactic, I agree. I personally however prefer just speaking normally to people and let any stutter that occures just happen and not give it any mind but I can imagine when you voluntarily stutter that the anxiety and fear dissipates even faster. I think it is all about getting out of our ''stutter bubble'' if you will, the life we created where we have to talk the least amount and kind of ''hide'' from the outside world. How are you doing currently and how are you speech-wise?
