Thinking about stepping out my comfort zone a bitt

Thinking about stepping out my comfort zone a bitt So at lunch I always see this girl sitting alone, and when I'm talking to my friend at our table, I can't help but glance at her because I just feel so bad. Having no one to talk to when everyone else does is definitely no fun, and something's telling me to invite her to sit w/ us, but obviously I'm worried I'll stutter which will make the first impression downright terrible. I wanna help someone out but I'm just so worried abt it 😭
