I don't have any actual tips to give you but i can tell you one thing. You're not supposed to be a "burden for others" and if they aren't patient enough to wait a bit to listen to what you have to say then it's their problem, not yours. Stuttering is normal and it's not a problem, the real problem is how other people may mock or judge you for it. Basically what i'm trying to say here is that you don't have to worry about being a burden to others but you should worry more about finding people who accept you for who you are and change the minds of those who still don't support you but that you also can't let go (like family members). I hope i was clear enough... And lastly, welcome to our community! We're all glad to have you here :)
