Please please please disclose your stutter to your interviewer!!! I know it’s not quite so simple, but telling them you stutter (maybe even followed by a very brief fake stutter) breaks the ice and makes sure they aren’t thinking about it in the back of their minds. Here’s the real trick though, in ANY of your answers you can say “well stuttering has taught me a lot about….” And relate it to something unrelated. “Stuttering has taught me that patience isn’t a virtue, it’s a necessity. A necessity that you must accommodate for when working on projects that X” obv not quite that brief but show that it’s not something that just weighs on you, and it won’t weigh on them either. It’s as big of a deal to other people as it is to you.
