Look up dr mort cooper and also diaphragmatic breathing. Currently that’s my routine all together. The breathing helps me bobble and not block because I’m a blocker. Practice with people that know u stutter the most n let them know it’s a “rebuilding period”. Speak very slow n incorporate it in your speech rhythm. Don’t blink don’t look away look right at people and stutter Avoiding it will make it worse. Hope this helps.
