All people who stutter experience a roller coaster of good periods of speech and bad periods of speech. For some, these periods last months or years, for me they last days or weeks. In any case, the biggest hurdle is realizing that people don't care that you stutter. So congrats for that. I'm 30 and still struggle with that idea.
