I think my stutter has changed over the years. Started off as repetitions, than changed into hard blocks during teens to early twenties, and now in my late twenties it exists more as elongations and slowed speech. I think its definitely better now than it was initially as there were times in the past where I couldn't even manage brief conversations without getting crippling hard blocks. I think what changed is now I have lower anxiety, more confidence, and am just more comfortable in my own skin. However the stutter definitely still a problem that exists in a different form and gives a different set of challenges, however in grand scheme its definitely improved compared to before.
