how can I afford speech therapy?

how can I afford speech therapy? I’m a college student and broke as hell. I use to do speech therapy with a group SLP students in my college but since the pandemic I can’t do it anymore because the speech clinic is closed now. I know insurance can’t cover speech therapy services when ur an adult with a stutter. So basically idk what to do at all
