1. You're not supposed to use those apps until you're 18. 2. You'll likely get bullied eventually on there. These places are hellholes full of kids, Nazis and other degenerates. 3. In my experience, exposure can help reduce the stutter but not when it comes to random people but rather talking more frequently to the same people (at school, work, home) will make it less likely that you'll stutter when talking to those specific people because the anxiety of talking to them fades away. Similarly, talking about a specific topic that you're confident in may reduce the stuttering for when you're talking about that specific topic. There is no reason to not have anxiety when talking to random assholes about your personal life. It's really not unreasonable (maybe even a good thing) and I think the stutter for that will always remain.
