I know this might sound cliche, but having a stutter will make you a better person. It teaches you to be less judgmental and more supportive for others. Do you play video games? I once heard a metaphor that I really liked. Having a stuttering problem is like playing a game on hard mode: it will be more challenging, but as you progress through it (life) you will get better at it. My advice is to surround yourself around people who are supportive and shun ones who aren't. You don't need those people in your life. They're a bunch of morons who don't have the intelligence to understand you. They shouldn't have the privilege of even getting to know you. Hope this helps.
