I think that I know the cause of it. I was bullied pretty heavily from 14-16. I didn't let it affect me at first but by the end it was bad. Like I was made fun of for anything, so I just stopped talking. So I left the organization. That's when it came time to talk again (without being made fun of), and the stutter just came out.
