I would recommend looking into speech therapy clinics near you, and if there aren't, there are speech pathologists who can do video calls (I started doing this with my therapist during covid and it was equally effective). It's not covered by all health plans, unfortunately, but it was worth the money, at least for me. Since it's expensive I would check for compatibility with the therapist first, whether that's reading reviews or a doing a consultation to see if you vibe. I was lucky to jump right in and get a good therapist who understood exactly how my felt and my communication style, but I imagine a bad fit could worsen a stutter. Other than therapy, there seems to be many ways to network these days with other stutters and access support groups, like through AIS. They have a very active Instagram account.
