If you want to get involved and you live in america, go to the NSA conference. There's no better immersion or community than that. Aside from that, there are a lot of groups online (many of them NSA Groups): https://www.facebook.com/groups/239310959439557/ https://www.facebook.com/groups/407106159324800/ The local NSA Chapters are probably the best year round way to meet other people who stutter: http://www.westutter.org/find-an-nsa-meeting-near-you/ I like listening to the Stuttertalk podcast to keep me connected. There are also online video chat hangouts. Check out stutter social. I think a big thing that a lot of people lack is a support system of people who know what youre going through and can keep lift you up and help keep you motivated.
