Maybe it works, right now I'm watching a speech program on Udemy and it advocates that you should watch fluent speakers and practice mimicking them a lot. It can give you confidence that you're able to speak fluently, you can learn proper breath technique, facial expressions, speak with more enthusiasm and emotions, hand gestures etc.
