It's a big step to acknowledge that your stutter might be holding you back socially, even if it's not causing major day-to-day issues right now. getting back into therapy sounds like the right move, especially since you mentioned you've done it before and just fell out of practice. I stumbled onto Better Speech recently when looking into virtual options for something similar. They do online sessions with licensed therapists which seems like it'd be perfect for your situation, you can fit it around your school schedule and it's way more affordable than traditional in-person sessions. No waitlists either from what I saw. Beyond therapy, I'd say just try to push yourself into small social situations where you feel comfortable. Join a club or activity where talking isn't the main focus but happens naturally. It helps build confidence without the pressure of forced conversation. The fact that you do fine 1 on 1 is actually a great foundation to build from, way better than starting from zero.
