Practice mock interviews! I nailed my Star format interview for my current job bc I did mock interviews for 2 weeks straight with different friends/family. This was after failing 5 interviews where I stuttered my way through examples. It also helped that I had some time to prepare for my interview so I realize that not the case for everyone but nonetheless do mock interviews with whoever you can. It sucks but we gotta do it.
