I very much agree with you on the topic of "celebrity stutterers." We should be promoting individuals who are successful while managing stuttering. I've yet to see any "celebrity stutterers" stutter openly. In my opinion this only reinforces the notion that the only way to become successful is to stop stuttering. This is not helpful and it's not true. It's good to have solidarity in the fact that other stutters have been, are and will be successful. But I want people like [Alan Rabinowitz](http://thechart.blogs.cnn.com/2011/02/22/human-factor-animals-saved-me/) to get the lion's share of the attention (pun intended).
