Try reading aloud (slowly) for 30 minutes every single day. Try to take notice of what foods/drinks make your stutter worse. For me it’s caffeine and sugary drinks/foods. Do box breathing techniques a few times a day as this reduces the fight or flight mode in your central nervous system. Personally, I also take anti anxiety medication to eliminate anxiety in social situations. It’s been life changing!
