There are many YouTube videos for neck/throat stretches. To reduce vocal construction exhale on a yawn. My morning routine consists of: 1. Stretching upper body/neck/throat/facial/tongue/jaw/etc in the shower 2. Deep breathing drills 3. Reduce vocal constriction drills 4. Humming 5. Articulation Drills. 6. Reading. Good luck.
