No I agree with you.I used to have these fluency periods too,but the thing is they used to last a few days to a week.But this is going for a month and a half and it is unusual for me. I will try different speaking situations like public ly speaking,speaking in my mother tongue which I don't do too often,and things like that and see if I have the same level of fluency in those situations too.
