Why do I suddenly start stuttering on words I said fine before?

Why do I suddenly start stuttering on words I said fine before? Suddenly sometimes I’ll stutter on a certain word that I’ve always said fine. After that my brain/mind will have this feeling/thought that I’ll stutter on that word. But before that I was saying it fine. Why does this happpen?
