Ended up hanging up during a phone interview over phone anxiety, and feel like a total loss

Ended up hanging up during a phone interview over phone anxiety, and feel like a total loss I'm not even sure what do about this anxiety anymore. I'm currently looking for another job and can't, for the life of me, answer a phone call without stuttering building up and anxiety making me mentally paralyzed and preventing me from answering the most simple of questions. Ever since I was a child, I always avoided phone calls of all kinds, even those from relatives, and that fear has come to haunt me. If I can't even get past this point, how will I ever enter a new position? I might as well find a way to discontinue any further suffering and simply end my life. I'm just done.
