Honey please look into getting speech therapy. That was able to give my son the tools needed to help himself when he is stuttering and he’s actually using the tools. I am so so grateful for that. My sons stutter came back in middle school after many years being gone. I could see how it affected him and so I reached out to the school, he got an evaluation and got into speech at school with an IEP. Look into that. Don’t give up, never give up. Life is full of ups and downs and you will come up out of this down. Giving up would be a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Stuttering can be helped. You just need to advocate for yourself. Talk to the counselor. They can get you properly evaluated since you are 16. You may not need a parents permission. If there isn’t help there, there’s other avenues to get the help you need. Please never give up. I know you are stronger than that.
