Ive been a life long stutterer , pretty bad speech blocks etc. I started working in security about seven months ago, and have had to confront quite a few people about different things. At first, it was difficult I won't lie , but with practice It got a little easier. I think being authoritative comes with practice. I'm not fluent and sometimes I do sound like a fool, but I get my point across when I have to.
