What to do to reduce 90 perceny of stuttering!?

What to do to reduce 90 perceny of stuttering!? In my case... , it is that , stuttering happens in PHASES !... its not that I stutter all days , but in some days it is quite visible , and hard to tall properly... , but in some days my speech is mostly good and confident!.. , anyone else feel this way??
