Honestly, fuck that counselor. I was worried I couldn’t be a lawyer with my stutter and I’m about to be a litigator. The truth is most every job requires communication, and you shouldn’t have to isolate yourself from the world. There are going to be days that are harder than others, but don’t let anyone tell you you should pick a different career path.
