Learn to live with it instead. We all do. We can wish all we want, and hope that technology catches up and finds a cure, maybe the brain chip can do something but it won't happen anytime soon and possibly not in our lifetimes. Just talk, man. Get things out. You will stutter, and so what? If people laugh, brush it off. Developing a thick skin will help you navigate this (and the other shit life throws at you). I still stutter a lot at 39 but I don't care anymore, and you won't as you grow older. Things need to be done, so get it done. The more you speak, the more you will develop confidence, the more it will help. So dont shy away from it. For example, whenever we have team lunch at work - and granted its a small team that I have known for over a decade - I dread the time when the waiter asks me for my order. I stutter and blurt it out, sometimes they understand, other times they look at me as I spoke in Parseltongue. So I speak again, if they still don't understand, I point to the menu. It's a bit embarrassing but work needs to be done, and I am the only one who can get it done, so I do it and brush it off. Fuck it. If these are the cards life has dealt, I will roll with it.
