Stop whatever you are doing or have to do and breath. Take your time. Think about the positives in your life, the little things. That's all that matters. Your stutter doesn't define you, YOU define you. It's part of you, but remember: people don't worry about it as much as we do. And it's not even something to worry about. It's part of yourself and that's okay. Everyone has something. You "thing" just happens to be a stutter.
