Thank you for your insight. I have no idea where he is in terms of his stuttering journey, and I had a feeling there was probably a wide range of feelings people might have about it. So I don't want to make any assumptions. Based on your response, it sounds like I may be on the right track. After team meetings, I reach out to people individually if they brought a particularly good perspective or idea to the table, and he's one I find myself reaching out to time and again. Should I be asking for his thoughts and opinions on the side? When I have to ask him to speak, should I preface it with, "You always have good insights. What do you think?" Something along those lines to kind of set things up for him?
