This is really only a decision you can make, but I have a couple thoughts 1) Can you maintain the accent throughout the entire interview? What are they going to think if the way you talk suddenly changes. I think they'll be confused. Are you going to prepare a whole back story for why you have an accent? They're going to ask. People do that when they meet people who talk with a different accent. What happens when you get the job and your accent is suddenly gone on the first day? 2) How do you think they would react to either consistent or intermittent song-like cadence? Speaking in a song-like cadence is not typical. I've never experienced this on either side of the interview table. 3) How do you think they would react to an acknowledgement that you stutter? Stuttering is some thing they've likely had some experience with. Probably not personal experience, but most people know someone who stutters. They likely do not have a good understanding of stuttering, but they're going to know what it is. I'm a fan of self-disclosure. So, read this post with that in mind. I don't think the tricks and gimmicks will work very well in a high pressure situation like an interview. You want to do everything you can to make yourself look as qualified and competitive as you can during the interview. An acknowledgement that you stutter may come across as more confident than trying to mask stuttering with a gimmick. Just my two cents.
