Just accepting I have a stutter and not being afraid to talk when I want or need to. Surprisingly pushing yourself talk more helps you build your confidence so you get less anxiety prior to speaking so overall less stuttering. Meditation also help me control my emotions a bit better as well. When I’m calm I stutter less.
