Sounds to me like you are very stressed about the whole situation, try taking small brakes for a minute or longer doing deep breathing ( like 4-4-4 pattern or longer) to call down the nervous system. Not just when you are about to speak that is, in my experience that is not so helpful and I need to calm down earlier so when I am about to speak I am not so high up on a scale.
