Yes, initiating is a bit problematic, but not with my own family, friends, or even when starting a conversation with a patient. It’s frustrating that sometimes I struggle to even get my name, “hi,” or “hello” out. And yes, it often feels like something that just “happens” to me—I don’t always know when it will occur, but high-pressure situations definitely make it worse. I really appreciate your response, and I’ll check out your recent posts. Thanks, man!
