Whenever I feel that I’m going to have a block, I repeat the word/sentence for about 3-4 times in my mind before saying it out loud, for instance, I always struggle at my first name, so I keep saying my name multiple times in my mind until I feel the block become smooth and feels easy to utter it out loud, it doesn’t always work especially when I’m at a high peak stress, but it still effective and I’m using it almost everyday.
