I would suggest starting meditation to put Negative selftalk, overthinking and subconscious random thoughts on ignore. Stress has a very great effect on Stutter. Do diaphragm breathing exercises daily. Also, it's not a bad thing if you stutter. Wherever you're blocked saying something, don't overthink, aand make it your habit to utter words with a slower speed after a stutter. If you're not gonna accept it, you're never gonna get better. Accept it. Be confident. Good luck!
