Fluent. Meditation and improving my awareness. Nothing is purely physical or mental. Your mind affects your body and your body affects your mind. Becoming aware and listen to your body and mind is the first key to fluency in my mind. Easier said than done, also very hard to find any words to explain. I have lots of things that trigger my stuttering behaviour. All my insecurities for example. When my insecurities are worse I'm less happy and can't brethe or change my bodies reactions (loose/relax where needed). Learn yourself, insecurities and reactions, and work with yourself. Typing out words that I don't know if you'll know what I mean but I truly hope you find your path. And of course extensive talking to myself and a mirror and endless challenging.
