NoFap is bullshit, I did it for 3 Moths and I only had downsides (2 Weeks or so are fine but not more) I had no erections anymore anytime, probably cause my body got used to it. I felt weak and I was tired the whole time (because of that I stopped), my first 2-4 masturbations after that were horrible. It was not really hard, after I came it hurt in the pubic area and the amount of sperm was very little and it was brown-yellow touched (no joke). That started to get normal again after 2 Weeks but I think that shows that doing nothing is not the best option. I think the ideal is once pre twice a week without porn. I think most YouTubers that talk about it, never really done it, cause it makes sense: what your body doesn’t need, will be stopped producing. I’m also not the only one with that experience. I’ve uploaded a YouTube video on a new channel about it (German) and it’s got about 30,000 views with about 700 comments of people that are talking about having the same issues. But if you want to break a habit, I would never count days, cause the only reason to count days is if you will stop doing it, and that isn’t the goal. I stopped eating sugar since I’m 12, why should I count? I will never do it again so we’re is the point.
