Martin, I am so sorry you are going through that and all I can add is that I was in your shoes. My school life from grade 1 to 12 was literally hell. This is my 2 cents: I practice mindful meditation daily along with diaphragmatic breathing. I also read 1 book 📖 page out loud every day. Any coach will tell you that if you want to improve at anything, you need to practice. I spent many, many years practicing my name and greeting in front of my bathroom mirror. Lastly, I know this may be easier said than done but when I started NOT caring what other people thought of my stutter, I noticed my confidence building and I also learned to step out of my comfort zone every day and try new things that I was told I could never do. Believe me when I tell you, I've been in your shoes. Google "Stuttering groups near me" and find others to help you with life's challenges because life will knock you down ( I am living proof). Please do not give up and reach out to others! I am in your corner cheering you on!!! You Got This! (Here's my background: stuttered since age 5, suicide attempt, graduated high school, joined military, obtained AA, BS & MA in college, married with 1 son, I am a National Trainer and an up and coming voice over artist)
