i've realized this sub appears to be filled with people with untreated comborbid mental health issues alongside their stutters. the fatalism, insecurity, and self pity here is insane. it's actually driven me away from engaging with this subreddit. many of these people simply haven't had enough life experiences to make rational conclusions about their condition, because they are too afraid to even try. crabs in a bucket.
