At my uni, my stuttering is registered with the disability support services (it is considered a disability, at least in North America). This allows me to come up with alternative arrangements with the prof for oral presentations. Usually I pre-record my presentations. Or if it is a group presentation, I might not present at all. I know of one other at my uni who has the same arrangement. She chooses to just present in front of front of just the prof.
