I've had a similar experience to you. Years ago I'd ask people online how to combat my stutter and social anxieties and be met with no help at all. They'd redirect me to something else rather than give any quality advice. To summarise what I know: You can overcome your stutter the same way you can overcome social anxieties. With deeper breathing; change in perspective; facing your fears head on and being present in the moment. I could type forever about this, but I've made a video talking about the connections between social anxieties and stuttering. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-PW1HuNmpGk
